TERMS & CONDITIONS (Updated March 2015)

 

GENERAL

 

All the products used in the making of Bee Happy Products items are all completely natural and a direct result of bi-products from a Beehive.

 

Bee Happy Products aim to have all orders sent in the post within 3 days of purchasing.  An exception to this would be if an item needs to be made specifically, in which case the customer would be notified as soon as is possible. 

 

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise on the post.  All personalised items are made to order and the spellings remain the responsibility of the customers to ensure they are correct as mistakes on the customers side will not be refundable.  Replacement items or refunds will be issued if the spelling mistake is through an error made by Bee Happy Products.

 

All items may slightly differ from the pictures due to the nature of the ingredients used.  Bee Happy Products will aim to keep them as close to matching the picture as possible.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

All prices include VAT where applicable, but please note the Bees and Honey are 0% VAT

 

Bee Happy Products accept the following payment methods :

 

PayPal via direct payment or via an invoice sent upon request.  PayPal is the method used for payments made via our web shop (GOTSHOP), our own website and our Facebook Page.

 

Bank Transfer please request details to pay in this way and an invoice will be sent with your order.

 

Full payment is required before any work is started on an item or a pre-made item is dispatched.

 

DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

 

Bee Happy Products aim to send all orders out within 3 days of payment being received unless an agreed time-frame has been pre-arranged.

 

Bee Happy Products use Royal Mail for shipping their parcels out.  If another courier is required we will aim to advise the customer as soon as possible. 

 

Next day delivery may be an option on some items please ask to discuss and for charges.

 

Charges for delivery are dependent on dimensions and weight of package.

 

RETURNS

 

All items are checked thoroughly for damages and breakages before they are sent.  

 

If an item is damaged in transit then notification and photographs of package and the damaged item must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item to info@beehappyproducts.co.uk so as Bee Happy Products can issue a refund or replacement.  

 

All items where possible should be sent recorded delivery.

 

Any items no longer required by the customer must be notified to Bee Happy Products via info@beehappyproducts.co.uk within 24 hours of ordering.  After this time the item will only be partially refunded to the customer with signed for return postage being payable by the customer.  It is Bee Happy Products discretion to decide what percentage of refund will be offered for the item.
